If you find yourself in a drawn out fight where both parties are doing minor damage it can be a saving grace. I'm going for a soldier-like build and plan on using a Bastard Sword (it might not be the best, but it's a freakin' sweet lookin' sword without a doubt). By strength and DEX are the same at 24 right now but I'm unsure how I should keep going. With quality I get the C upgrade for BOTH ... It's in retrospect that the Claymore is actually a late game item but in a way for a claymore lover it's also a really nice reward. In regards to which World would be the easiest for unlocking 1-3... I'd probably go with the World 4.The Claymore is a Large Sword in Demon's Souls. It's crushing blows rapidly deplete an opponent's stamina, easily breaking their guard. It is as versatile as the straight sword, but it's heaviness essentially requires it to be used with both hands. Dropped from Claymore-wielding Blue Eye Knights....
