I found that belt pully had only been pressed on and was now slipping after about 4 years. Fix was to Dremel a keyway on the shaft and inside of pully and drive a brad in to lock it firm. (see image close-up) I think this was really bad engineering by the manufacturer to just press this pully on.The Shark Vertex Duo Clean Power Fins Upright Vac is easily set up in minutes and I have attached a picture of the quick start guide that is printed on the top inside box top. I was very pleasantly surprised that the vacuum that I received from Shark is rose-gold colored and I find that great. My shark vertex powerFins cordless vacuum has started to get caught on rugs. It is pulling at rugs. I have had my vacuum since last November and have not had a problem before..
