Does anyone have an idea on what the timeline is for i485 at this location?I-485 transfer to lee's MO national benefit center? I have filled marriage based green card because my husband has citizen. I have filled I-485.They received my case on January and i got my case number on February 4. While checking my case, it is written that you case has transferred to national benefit center.My case is an EB2 - ROW, I140-I485-I765-I131 was concurrently filed and medicals were included with the initial application. 140 was premium processed and approved within a couple of weeks of submission. The application was originally in Nebraska Service Center but got transferred to National Benefits Center on February 24.I hear NBC is faster. I live in Raleigh, NC but my case was transferred to LA Field Office.Hi, My 485 was transferred from Vermont Service Center to NBC in Lee Summit , MO in May 2020 for speeding up the process , then they used my previous fingerprints in October 2020 and no changes since then. It’s been very frustrating. Got my 2nd EAD already. Anyone any advice ? This thread is archived.
